Webflow agency for growing companies
One Hilvec team takes your Webflow website from workshop, through design and build, to growth after launch. We work from Gdańsk, Poland, for clients at home and abroad.

We build Webflow websites with a senior team
Four things we do for companies on Webflow, from a new website to a move from WordPress.
Web design for Webflow
You get the visual design in Figma, with components that carry over one to one into Webflow, so the finished site looks exactly like the mockup.
Website building on Webflow
We build the site from components and CMS collections and show it on a staging URL before launch, where you click through every page before anyone else sees it.
Webflow integrations
We connect your site to the tools you use: forms to a CRM or a newsletter tool such as MailerLite, through Make or Zapier, and analytics to Google Analytics 4.
Migrating websites from WordPress to Webflow
A migration has two parts: rebuilding the design in Webflow and moving the content from the WordPress CMS, together with 301 redirects from the old URLs.
Trusted by
We build Webflow websites for manufacturers, technology companies and real estate developers. You can see some of them in our case studies.

Why us?
Three reasons companies choose Hilvec as their Webflow agency.
Over 20 years of web design
We have been designing websites for over 20 years, for small businesses and large corporations. For us, Webflow is a tool. What matters is whether the site brings in inquiries.
Websites for clients in Europe and beyond
We design websites for clients in Poland, across Europe and in Australia, often in several language versions. We work in English from the first workshop to the Editor training.

Custom UX/UI design
Every website is designed from wireframes, without a ready-made template. Content and user paths come first, then a visual layer that matches your brand identity.

A Webflow agency with one point of contact
Hilvec is a small team. From the first call to launch, you have one point of contact: a project manager runs the project, while our UX/UI designers and Webflow developer work on it behind the scenes. There is no account manager passing messages along, so we go through wireframe feedback in one meeting and agree on changes right away.
Who we work with
Mostly B2B companies: manufacturers, technology companies, real estate developers and startups that need a company website with a blog or case studies in the CMS, sometimes in two languages.
How we work together
We start with an online workshop and then work in stages: wireframes, visual design, a staging site in Webflow. Each stage is presented in a meeting and approved by you before we move on, so you never end up seeing the site for the first time three months in.
When Webflow is the right choice, and when it is not
We recommend Webflow for company websites, product sites and landing pages that your marketing team will grow on its own. A store with a large catalog is better built on Shopify, and an application with user accounts and custom logic needs a software team. We will tell you this on the first call, before we quote the project.
Examples of Webflow agency projects

Most companies that come to us are tired of updating WordPress plugins. After moving to Webflow, their team takes care of content, and the platform handles security and hosting.
Webflow Enterprise for large teams and multiple sites
For companies that run several websites or have many people working in the CMS, we implement Webflow on the Enterprise plan: with team roles and permissions, SSO login and higher traffic limits. We help you assess whether your company needs it or whether the Premium plan is enough.
A Webflow Certified Partner based in Gdańsk, Poland
Hilvec has been a Webflow Certified Partner since August 2024. We work in Webflow every day, on new websites and on the ones we look after once they are live, so we know how long a section, a Webflow CMS collection or an extra language really takes, and which ideas can be built in Webflow itself and which need an outside app. That knowledge goes into the quote: instead of one lump sum, you see what each part costs and what you can add later, once the site starts paying for itself.
Before we quote, we check which content will go into the CMS, because that decides how much your team can do on its own later.

What partner status gives you
Webflow grants the status after reviewing an agency's work, so what you see in our profile in the partner directory has been checked by the platform itself. Partners have a separate Webflow support channel and early access to some new features in beta, so we report a problem with your site directly and suggest new platform features only once we have tried them ourselves.
How the support plan is billed
The support plan gives you a fixed monthly pool of hours for new sections and pages, SEO and speed improvements, and help when something stops working. At the end of each month you get a report: what we did and how long it took. We size the pool to how often your site changes, and you can change it from month to month.
What your team does itself and what comes to us
After Editor training, your team changes text and images and adds blog posts and case studies in the CMS. What needs the Designer comes to us: a new section with a different layout, a new collection, an integration with a tool you did not have before, or a change in the navigation. We draw that line during the training, so nobody is afraid of the Editor and nobody breaks the layout.
The cities below are the markets our Webflow inquiries come from. Whatever the time zone, the project runs the same way, because the workshop, stage presentations and training all happen online.
Questions and answers
How much does a Webflow agency cost?
Working with us starts with a website project from $7,500, and after launch it can continue as a monthly support plan, priced by a monthly pool of hours. The project quote is broken down by page section, and we set the support plan after launch, once we know how often the site will change. Webflow hosting is billed separately.
What Webflow services do you offer?
We design and build company websites in Webflow, migrate sites from WordPress, set up integrations and support websites after launch. One team works with you from the first workshop through UX/UI design to launch, so you don't have to hire a designer and a developer separately. For multilingual sites we also set up Webflow Localization and advise which content to translate first.
What does Webflow Certified Partner status mean?
It is a status in Webflow's official partner program, and Hilvec has held it since August 2024. Webflow grants it after reviewing an agency's work, and partners are listed in the directory on Webflow's site along with their services and starting prices. For you, it is an easy way to check us out somewhere other than our own website.
Can you migrate our website from WordPress to Webflow?
Yes. We rebuild your current design in Webflow or redesign it, and move WordPress content, such as blog posts and their images, into Webflow CMS collections. Before launch, we set up 301 redirects from the old URLs so the site keeps its Google rankings, and after launch we check that Google picks up the new URLs. We quote a migration after reviewing your current site.
What does support look like after launch?
After launch, we look after your site under a monthly support plan: we add pages and sections, improve SEO and page speed, and help with technical issues. Simple content changes you make yourself in the Webflow Editor, and the plan covers the bigger work. It comes with a fixed pool of hours that you can change from month to month.
Do you work with clients outside Poland?
Yes. We are based in Gdańsk, Poland, and build Webflow websites for clients abroad, such as Sydney Privé in Australia, whose site runs in two languages. Calls, workshops and design reviews happen online, in English. We build language versions in Webflow, with a separate URL for each language.
We want to help grow your company no matter where you run it!
