For DBPLUS, an international provider of advanced software for data analytics and database optimization, we designed a new website that combines high aesthetics with functionality.
DBPLUS came to us with the need to create a modern, visually and substantively coherent website. The key ones were: clear presentation of products, extensive knowledge section (case studies, blog), preparation of multilingual version and advanced integration with marketing tools.
The goal was not only to refresh the company's image, but above all to support sales and lead acquisition — by effectively presenting products such as Data Replicator or Performance Monitor, encouraging downloads of materials and building brand authority in the area of data management.
The new website is aimed at IT professionals, data engineers and technical managers from large and medium-sized enterprises who are looking for solutions for database performance analysis, replication and data management in on-premise and cloud environments.
We started the project with a strategic UX phase. Together with the DBPLUS team, we conducted workshops, during which we determined the business objectives, the structure of the service and the needs of different user groups. Based on this, we have prepared complete UX mockups for each subpage — from the homepage, through detailed product cards (e.g. Performance Monitor, Data Replicator), to an extensive blog system and case studies section.
We have paid special attention to logical navigation and content hierarchy — so that the user can easily understand the offer and compare products. Each subpage is designed for conversion, with a clear CTA and extensive sections with evidence of effectiveness (testimonials, testimonials, technical data).
At the design stage, we created a new visual language for the brand — based on a clean layout, modern typography and a consistent color palette. The design combines simplicity with technological advancement — which reflects the character of DBPLUS products. Large margins, modular grid and intuitive components facilitate navigation and improve the perception of content even with high information density.
The project has been prepared in desktop and mobile versions, with an emphasis on full responsiveness and readability also on screens with lower resolutions.
The main page opens with a dynamic 3D animation, specially prepared for DBPLUS. The object moving in the digital space symbolizes the flow of data and continuous synchronization - the main function of the company's products. This animation not only attracts attention, but also performs an image function, building immediate associations with modernity, precision and advanced technology.
The use of 3D technology in the background does not negatively affect the performance of the site - the animation has been optimized and loads responsively depending on the device.
The DBPLUS website was fully implemented in Webflow without the use of templates or ready-made themes. This allowed us to maintain full control over every aspect of the layout, responsiveness, and micro-interactions. Webflow enabled us to faithfully reproduce the graphic design and implement many non-standard components, such as multilingualism, 3D animations in the hero section, and advanced CMS layouts for the blog and case studies.
Choosing Webflow also allowed us to:
Thanks to Webflow, DBPLUS has not only gained an attractive website, but also a real tool for further online business development.
The service is available in two language versions — Polish and English. The system was implemented for easy scalability, it is possible to add more versions without having to interfere with the structure of the site. The language switch is intuitive, and the whole thing works based on native mechanisms Webflow Localization, which facilitates future updates and reduces the risk of errors.
Each language version has its own set of CMS content (e.g. blogs, case studies), so you can precisely target communications to different markets.
One of the key elements of the project was the integration of the website with the MailerLite system through the Make platform. The “Download” module is designed to maximize conversion without the use of heavy CRM systems.
After filling out a short form (e.g., downloading a brochure), the user's data is automatically sent to MailerLite, and thanks to a script in Make, they immediately receive a link to the materials. The automation is fully compliant with GDPR and eliminates the need for manual contact database management.
This solution significantly speeds up the lead acquisition process and enables further marketing activities, such as newsletter campaigns.
The DBPLUS website is an example of a project where design, technology and marketing strategy work together at every level. From UX planning to 3D animations to lead automation, every layer of your website is designed for conversion, scalability and a consistent brand image. Effect? A site that not only looks good, but realistically supports business development.
