The family-owned development company Key House creates unique construction projects in the vicinity of Warsaw. They chose a simple to use, extremely fast and stable solution which is Webflow.
Key House already had websites for individual investments, but lacked a central corporate website. Our task was to create a website that will present the brand as a stable, reliable and professional partner in the real estate industry. The client expected an attractive graphic form, intuitive navigation and an easy content management system, especially in the context of the presentation of current and completed investments.
The new website was intended to serve as a digital showcase of the company — strengthening the image, presenting the people and values behind the brand, while at the same time allowing the investment portfolio to be updated and current information to be shared. It was also crucial to create a space for the presentation of additional services, such as financial advice or interior design — in line with Key House's philosophy as a developer “from A to Z”.
The company operates on the Polish market, and its potential clients are mainly families looking for a place to live and start a family. The second layer of the target group is individual investors looking for a way to invest capital in a stable real estate market.
The project for Key House covered the entire process: from workshops and content structure design, through UX/UI design, to implementation in Webflow. The website was not only intended to build the image of a stable development brand, but also to be a practical marketing tool – easy to edit and ready for growth.
We started the project with strategic workshops and content analysis. We have developed a complete information architecture — from the homepage, through current investments, the “about the company” section, to services and contact. We have highlighted dedicated subpages for current and completed investments, taking into account different types of users and navigation paths. We also designed the layout of the page for conversions — with CTA buttons, forms and a highlighted contact section.
In the UX layer, we used an interesting treatment: in the news section, instead of traditional blog entries, we used Instagram reels. It's a simple but effective way to bring your website to life and connect it to your daily brand communication on social media.
The UI of the site was based on the existing Key House corporate identity, but we have expanded it significantly. We opted for bright colors, spatial layouts, large typography and soft shapes that build the impression of stability and professionalism. The whole was designed with an emphasis on emotions — photos of the team, friendly communication, clear layout of the content — so that the site inspires trust from the first contact.
The graphic design was complemented by subtle micro-animations and short video forms that give the site rhythm and lightness without distracting the user's attention. Smooth transitions between sections, animated icons and moving accents make the site more dynamic and modern — while remaining intuitive and comfortable to use.
An additional differentiator was micro-content — short sections about the company's people, values, and approach that show the developer's “human face”.
The site has been fully implemented in Webflow. Thanks to this, the client received not only an aesthetic and fast service, but above all a fully editable CMS system. The ability to independently add investments, news, photos or partners turned out to be key from the perspective of the daily work of the marketing department.
Another advantage of Webflow was to ensure full responsiveness and performance of the website — both on mobile and desktop devices. The customer can develop the service independently, without the need to involve a technical team.
Choosing Webflow to build a website for Key House resulted in the creation of a very stable and efficient website. Incredibly simple and intuitive content editing and the ability to add new investments has become a key feature used before the marketing department of Key House Development.
